I believe the essence of socialism (as the reference article explains) is that socialism institutionalized the futility of effort.
This is the byproduct of the power model decried on this site (leftisfutile.com). The model of power for the leftist is to be the elite, the animal farm pig, by posing as Santa Claus. Then hide the corruption and greed for power, behind their redistribution morality. Socialists run the redistribution business. It is nothing but a business of greed. The gullible allow it.
It was good to read the referenced article, to hear another voice saying what I have been saying, that socialism “institutionalizes futility of effort” (my phrase).
